FREE: Herbal Medicine in the Kitchen with Rebecca Snow by the American Herbalists Guild Washington DC Metro Chapter

February 11, 2021 7:30 pm-8:30 pm EST

About this event: Herbs can be taken as medicine in capsules, teas, tinctures and in food. Some consumers do not like popping pills, brewing teas or strong-tasting liquids.

In addition to culinary herbs and spices, many medicinal herbs can be used in the kitchen in soups, stews, no bake balls, one pot meals, smoothies and other preparations.

Get creative and have fun exploring the world of medicinal foods in the kitchen. We will cover 10 different key herbs to use in the kitchen and medicinal foods.

Location: This event will be held via Zoom meeting and can also be simultaneously watched live through our Washington Metro DC Facebook page.
