Rebecca Snow

MS, CNS, LDN, RH(AHG) Nutritionist & Herbalist

My journey with herbal medicine began in 1997 when I first stepped into an herbal apothecary in New Mexico, seeking relief from a cold. Little did I know, that moment would ignite a passion for healing with plants and transform my career.

Years later, as I navigated my own personal struggles with fertility, I discovered the profound healing power of food. By eliminating food sensitivities, I found relief from lifelong symptoms, including anxiety and mood issues.

With over 21 years of clinical practice and a diverse range of specialties—including Lyme disease, mast cell disorders, and 12-step food programs—I now focus on supporting women through menopause. Like many, I experienced unexpected changes in my body as my hormones began to shift, leading me to ask, “What is happening to my body?!”

My mission is to empower women to embrace this stage of life, providing resources and support to make the last 20-40 years the best yet. Together, we can navigate these changes and celebrate the journey ahead.

Decades of Experience. Tailored Approach.

Kate CostellO

MS, CNS, LDN, Nutritionist & Coach

I was inspired to become a nutritionist through my own journey of navigating a complex relationship with food due to an anaphylactic nut allergy. This allergy brought fear, uncertainty, and restriction to many food decisions. Becoming a nutritionist and wellness coach has transformed my understanding of nourishment and continues to shape my journey of healing and growth.

I am passionate about helping clients rebuild their relationship with food and navigate chronic health challenges through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I’ve supported individuals with MCAS, metabolic imbalance, digestive issues, 12-step food recovery programs, disordered eating and hormonal changes like perimenopause and menopause. While I enjoy the science of nutrition, I believe nourishment is about connection, culture, and care.

My work is rooted in honoring both the physiology and the lived experience of each person. I focus on helping clients build daily, intentional, and positive connections with food and nourishment. The most meaningful transformations happen in the deep work - the kind that fosters true healing and lasting change.
