Lori Fish Bard, MS, CNS, LDN, Nutritionist & Health Coach
Lori joined Rebecca Snow Nutrition in the Fall of 2024. She is a licensed clinical nutritionist and board-certified integrative health coach who provides clients with a personalized, highly supportive blueprint to help identify and accomplish their health goals. Lori uses a holistic and functional approach to help develop sustainable habits to live a healthy, nourished and balanced life.
Lori loves sharing the gift of improved health with her clients. She teaches how nutrition-based interventions are fundamental components of many therapeutic strategies used to combat chronic illness and restore optimal health.
Her interests include digestive and gut health, metabolic syndrome, thyroid health, autoimmunity, celiac disease/gluten sensitivity and food allergies/sensitivities.
Lori received her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition & Integrative Health from the Maryland University for Integrative Health (MUIH). She is licensed by the Board of Dietetic Practice of the State of Maryland.
She received her training and certification in integrative health coaching from the internationally recognized training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and a member of the International Association for Health Coaches (IAHC).
Lori has been featured in the Washington Post Express and Delight Gluten Free, a magazine for those with gluten intolerance and food allergies. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Celiac Disease Program at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC.
She is the mother of three children, ages 23, 20, and 16, and lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband and dogs Jasper and Joey.
