Andie Inscoe, MS, Clinical Herbalist & Health Coach

Andie joined Rebecca Snow Nutrition as a Clinical Herbalist in Spring 2023. Her approach blends herbal remedies and health coaching to support lasting change for her clients.  Andie customizes herbal formulations that support the vitality and health of the body’s organs, tissues, and cells. Through personalized coaching, she helps clients choose manageable lifestyle changes that align with their wellness goals. In her practice, Andie often turns to the rhythms of nature, focusing on the fundamentals of stress regulation, nourishment, movement, digestion, and connection, to encourage physical and mental health and well-being.

Andie earned her Master of Science in Therapeutic Herbalism from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, where she completed a 30-hour supervised clinical herbal practicum. She is currently pursuing a Health Coach certification with the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. She also holds certificates in 500-hour Community Herbalism, Women’s Herbal and Ethnobotanical Studies, and Advanced Herbal Studies Mentorship from Artemisia & Rue in Denver, Colorado; and a certificate in Pulse, Tongue, and Facial Assessment for the Herbalist from the Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism. Her undergraduate degree is in Sociology and Ethnic Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

She has a passion for

  • Hormonal and menstrual health; 
  • Creating conscious and sustainable health-positive routines;
  • Educating folks on bringing herbs into their daily lives and rhythms.

Andie is dedicated to providing a compassionate and welcoming space for healing. She celebrates her client’s uniqueness and personal identities and recognizes the profound impact these experiences can have on individual health.

A student of the science and art of Western Herbalism since 2017, Andie has been working as a clinical herbalist in private practice since 2020. She began working with Rebecca Snow Nutrition as a part-time Office Manager in 2020, and from 2021-2023, Andie helped to build, open, and manage the Rebecca Snow Herbal Dispensary!

Andie lives in the mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania (NEPA) and loves live music, dancing, whole-foods cooking, skiing, camping, nature walks, singing, and spending time with her old pup, Chance.
